Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from12:20am until 1:20. There were 16 children present and 2 staff present. One volunteer was also in the classroom.
Children were observed finishing lunch, washing hands, and at the beginning of the rest period.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records were reviewed.

Information gathered determined no violations.
