Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an in-person component along with an alternate remote protocol that included telephone contacts, document review and interviews.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on site on February 18, 2022 beginning at 11:50 a.m. There were 23 children in care ages 4 months through 5 years of age under the care and supervision of 5 staff. Classrooms were observed and a walk through of the building was conducted. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed. Eight medications were reviewed. There are two staff with current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
