Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the acting director from 4pm to 5:30 pm. There were twenty-six children present with eight staff providing supervision. The ages of the children range d from 3 months to 12 years. Several classrooms were combined and the preschoolers were engaged in center time while the infants were actively crawling around on the floor and exploring. Three staff and six children's files were reviewed today as well as 7 injury/accident reports. There were no medication on site for any of the daycare children. The most recent fire inspection was dated 7/11/23 and the health inspection was dated 2/28/23. The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.
