Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on June 24, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 11:50 am until 1:00 pm. The director was not on site today; however the owner and another administrator were in attendance. There were 18 children present, ranging in ages from two years to three years with four staff supervising. Children were finishing lunch and preparing for nap time. Staff played quiet music and rub the backs of children. Children who did not fall asleep were given books to look at and quiet activities. Interactions between staff and children were positive.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of
five child records and five staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
