An unannounced, on-site Monitor Inspection was completed on August 26, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:15 PM and ended at 3:25 PM. The center was closed for staff training and there were no children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed 5 children records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
