Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 18, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and seven staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

In the library area behind the seating area, there is peeling paint on the wall.
Plan of Correction: A work order has been submitted to fix the peeling paint. The wall will be fixed by 10/2/2025.
