Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/20/2022 from approximately 10:15 p.m. ? 2:20 p.m. There were 39 children present ranging in age 11 months to 9 years old and 7 staff supervising. Five child records and six staff records were reviewed. A renewal inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed
during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
