Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 from approximately 10:14 am to 12:35 pm. There were 89 children in attendance and a total of 17 staff present. 7 staff records and 8 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the center were observed including classrooms, hallways, kitchen, and bathrooms. The children were observed playing with toys, listening to music, playing outside, participating in water play, and eating lunch, while the licensing inspector was on the premises.
Emergency drills were in compliance. The most recent Health Inspection was on 11/30/21. The most recent Fire Inspection was on 01/14/22; Fire Drills are conducted monthly with the most recent on 06/02/22. Shelter in Place Drills were conducted twice with the most recent on 03/16/22. The First Aid Kit had all components. Two vehicles were inspected and found to be in compliance. The license, current inspection, and evacuation plan were posted and emergency numbers were posted by each phone.
Violations were cited as a result of this inspection.
