An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on January 3, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 8/16/21 in reference to vehicle insurance. Documentation was reviewed and interviews were conducted.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
