Plan of Correction: We were unaware that a swiffer was considered a chemical as you can not get into the cleaner unless you squeeze the top handle (which is out of reach). We have removed it and now have it locked up.

Plan of Correction: The resilient surfacing on the playground has been wet and covered in ice for the past month.The day the inspector showed up was the first day the children had been able to go outside to play since the storm. They should not have gone out until we raked and replaced the rubber mulch in some places. We have raked and built up the lower areas (to 6 inches as required).

Plan of Correction: Our center does not use this for diapering, we only share the furniture for storage with the church for extra clothes, wipes, and other bathroom necessities. The only bathroom used for diapering/changing is the front bathroom.
