Inspector Notes

An inspection was conducted by virtual protocol in order to review records and review policies. The staff were cooperative and able to show the Inspector background searches for new staff, medication agreements, emergency plans and practice drills, and also current local agency permits. The Program has almost completed the renewal application and staff stated they will be sending the application shortly. Please call with questions 703 479-4679
