Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/30/21 from 9:00am to 10:10am with the provider. There were no children in care as the provider reports that she does not currently have children enrolled. The provider's record and one household member's record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, smoke detectors, and a carbon monoxide detector were observed. The emergency drill log was reviewed for the dates the provider had children enrolled during the past year.
