Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/21/22 from 10:00am to 10:45am with the provider. There were no children in care as the provider reports that there are no children enrolled currently. The provider?s record and one household member record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. Required postings were observed. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, fire extinguisher, and carbon monoxide detector were observed.
