Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 3/14/2024 between the hours of 12:15pm through 1:45pm. There were a total of 3 children present, ranging in age from 2 years to 4 years (6 points) with the Provider. A total of 3 children?s files, 1 staff file, and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were observed coloring and building with blocks throughout the inspection. Positive interactions between caregivers and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
