A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 5/16/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 3 children were present with 1 caregiver. The children were engaged in the following: learning and participating in housekeeping tasks and wearing hats to celebrate "Hat Day" as the letter of the day is "H". Children were also observed handwashing and eating lunch. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 3 children?s records and 1 staff record was reviewed.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
