Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 8/13/2024 and completed on 9/19/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/13/2024 relating to injury of a child. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
