Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 24, 2023, from 11:45 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 6 children, ages 4 through 5, in the care of 1 staff member. Five children and two staff records were reviewed.

Areas observed were hand washing/bathroom, educational center activities and lunch. Children appeared to be aware of the daily routine and schedule. Staff interactions were observed as positive
