Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on September 18. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 p.m. and ended at 1:30 p.m.The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were five children present with tone staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
