Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on July 24, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:45 p.m. and ended at 5:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 60 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 staff records, and 4 Board member records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
