Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-570-E
Based on review, 8 of 10 prepared infant formula bottles being stored in a refrigerator were not labeled with today's date (09/01/2023).

Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (09/01/23), within the Infant II room, while bottles were labeled with each individual child's name, they did not include the current date.
2. Two of the ten bottles observed were labeled correctly with both the name and date.
Plan of Correction: Corrected on the date of inspection. Staff labeled those applicable bottles correctly with the current date.
