An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 02/26/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 12 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 142) children present and (23) staff. The inspector reviewed (10) children?s records, and (5) staff records on-site on 02/26/2025.
This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication, administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
