A monitoring inspection was initiated on December 8, 2023 in response to a self-reported incident that was received on December 1, 2023 in reference to a parent concern. Documentation was gathered and interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regard to the self-report.
