Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/24/2024 and completed on 7/24/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/11/2024 relating to allegations of forbidden actions, toileting procedures, supervision, and infant safe sleep practices. The inspector reviewed two staff records on-site on 7/24/2024. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, and interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The inspection notice was amended on 08/20/2024.
