Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on July 29, 2022. There were 7 children present with two staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1. The record of staff #1, employed 09/10/2019, did not have documentation of
current CPR certification.
2. The record of staff #2, employed 06/18/2021, did not have documentation of
current CPR certification.
3. A member of management stated staff #1 and staff #2 did not have current CPR certification.

certification in first aid appropriate to the ages of children in care within 90 days of
employment.
