Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/7/2021 regarding allegations of non-compliance with staff to child ratio. The inspector was on site on 12/7/2021 from approximately 10:30am until 12:00pm. There were 83 children present, ranging in ages from four months to five years, with 17 staff supervising. The inspector conducted observations and interviews on site. Additional documentation was requested and reviewed remotely.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
