The center is required to establish and implement procedures to ensure staff and children wash their hands before eating and after toileting and diapering.
Staff #3 was observed changing the diapers of 3 separate children. Staff #3 did not wash their hands after diapering the children. The children who had their diapers changed did not wash their hands after being diapered.
