Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site code compliance inspection was conducted on 12/29/2022. There were 15 children, ages 2.5 years-12 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: arrival into the program, TV time, morning snack, and large muscle activity. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: attendance requirements for transportation. The inspector arrived at 8:40 AM and departed the at 9:45 AM.
