Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced CODE Compliance Inspection on 1218/2023. There were 9 children ages 11 months to 5 years old present under the direct care of 3 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program
