Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiate and completed on 11/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were18 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Each building that was built before 2015 and houses a child day program that is licensed and serves preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.
The director stated they did not have a carbon monoxide detector on the premises.
