During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the code compliance inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in code were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2At least one person on duty shall obtain instructions in performing daily health observation of children within the past three years.
There were only two staff members previously trained in daily health observations. This training was expired by 4 years for both staff.
Two staff members were observed changing diapers. There was no handwashing before or after the diaper change for the staff.
