An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 11/14/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:15am and ended at 11:05am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
