Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/11/2022. There were 6 children, ages 1 year-5 years, and 1 staff member at a total of 17 points. The inspector observed the following: lunch, handwashing and nap. A total of 4 children?s records and 2 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 11:30 AM and departed at 1 PM.

Based on observation and record review, the licensee failed to ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points.

Evidence:

1. The licensee had six children in care at a total of 17 points.
Plan of Correction: The licensee stated that the assistant was out due to COVID symptoms. The licensee will work in the future to ensure points are within the correct amount per caregiver.
