An unannounced on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 10/28/2022. There were 9 children, ages 1 year-3 years, and 1 staff member at a total of 19 points. At 9:23 AM the assistant arrived. The inspector observed the following: lunch, handwashing and nap. A total of 4 children?s records and 2 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 9:15 AM and departed at 11 AM.
