Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:15am-12:15pm. There were 9 children directly supervised by 3 caregivers The home, 3 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
