Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:45 am through 11:00 am. There were a total of four children (11 points) observed with three caregivers. A total of three children's files and five staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: outside play, hand washing, singing, diaper changing, lunch and other organized activities. There were no violations cited this date.
