Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/11/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 7/11/2022 from 10:50am-1:12pm. There were 3 children (9 points) supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 staff record, 3 children's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected, Children were observed engaging freely and eating lunch. Diapering procedures were also observer. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
