Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 10:40 am & 11:20 am; there were 4 children with 1 caregiver. Physical plant, staff and children records, and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, contact kristy.atanackovic@doe.virginia.gov.
