Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/08/2022 from 9:40am to 12:48pm. At the time of entrance, 88 children were in care with 18 staff members present. Children were observed during diaper changes, washing hands, playing on the floor with toys, coloring with markers, circle time activities, listening to music ?good morning song,? playing with toys at the table, outside play, listening to the teacher read a book, creative movement in the fitness class, practicing for a winter concert and singing songs, sorting objects, working on an art project and lining up to go outside as the teacher did a head count and name to face count. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. The site was organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. A selection of staff and children records, medications, the physical space, evacuation drills and attendance records were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. 1. Staff #1 (date of hire 11/14/2022) had a TB test or screening dated 11/28/2022.
2. Staff #2 (date of hire 11/15/2022) had a TB test or screening dated 11/17/2022.
