Inspector Notes

An unannounced self reported investigation was conducted today in response to a report that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division, and conducted in cooperation with local law enforcement and local child protective services. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations physical abuse. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of physical abuse, and the incident is determined to be not valid.
