Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Observed four children sleeping, reviewed physical space, records for 2 children and caregiver as well as emergency preparation. Lunch served today was fish soup with okra, tomatoes and brown rice. No medication was on-site today. The provider is current for annual training, first aid and CPR certification and Medication Administration Training (MAT). Children sleep in both the downstairs space as well as upstairs-1 child still sleeps in a crib. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
