Inspector Notes

An on-site monitoring inspection was conducted. Two children were present with one caregiver for eight points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed provider feeding children bottles and rocking to sleep. No medication was reported to be on-site. All training is current for emergency care as well as drills, written emergency plan and annual training. Space is well equipped with materials and equipment for young children. A crib for sleeping is upstairs with a monitor. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were issued.
