Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/6/2022 in response to an Intensive Plan of correction (IPOC) that was presented to the facility on 8/26/2022 and completed/accepted on 9/8/2022. The licensing standards addressed in the plan included 8VAC20-780-70 (staff records), 8VAC20-780-160 (tuberculosis screenings), 8VAC20-770-60B, 8VAC20-770-60C2, and 22.1-289.035B2 (background checks for child welfare agencies). The inspector was on site on 10/6/2022 from approximately 9:00 am-9:30 am. During the inspection, six (6) staff records were reviewed for corrections. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Additional documentation and the center?s plan for correction were submitted and reviewed remotely. No violations were issued.
