Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection for the religiously exempt child day center was conducted on 09/11/2023. There were a total of 19 children, ages 4 years-11 years and 7 staff present during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records, as well as other required documents were reviewed during the inspection. The inspector arrived at 2:00 pm and departed at 3:30 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards and laws. No violations were issued.
