An announced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 09/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:15 pm and ended at 3:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present with 4 staff. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to ensure that vehicles must have proper child safety restraint devices.
A total of 3 children under the age of 8 years were transported via the center van on 09/30/2024. There were only 2 booster seats on the van during the transportation.

The center is required to ensure that there is a person trained and certified in CPR/first aid wherever children are present.
Staff 1 was the only staff member with the children during the transportation from school to the center and is not trained and certified in CPR/first aid.
