Inspector Notes

A virtual monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/20/21. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was complete via video application as well as phone and email correspondence. There were 23 children directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and eating snack. There was a supply of materials for the children.
