Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:08 am to 11:20 am. There were 28 children directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. No new medications on-site since the last inspection. Children were observed participating in group play and playing outside. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized.

Based on staff records review, the staff did not authorize the child day center to obtain a copy of the results of a criminal history record information check and a search of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
Evidence:
