Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 1/13/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:40 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records on- site. This inspection included document review ,policies and procedures, tour of the facility, interviews,observations
