An unannounced, on-site Code compliance inspection was initiated on 1/14/2026 and completed on 1/14/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and eight staff records on-site.
