Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:45pm-2:40pm. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 7 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed entering the facility and playing. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
