An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/3/24. A review of staff personnel files was conducted by inspectors, Keesha Minor, Jessica Willis, Sarah Zirzow and Mahrukh Aziz at the Campagna office.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review, the facility did not ensure that they had documentation of orientation training in the following facility specific topics:
Evidence: reviewed 5 staff records and found that Staff 2 did not have documentation of all of the required facility specific topics listed in the standards as of 10/13/2021, i.e. safe sleep, procedures to cope with crying babies or distraught children.
